SIZZLING STEAK CIABATTA 🥩
15 mins to prep & cook this one! (Serves 2)
INGREDIENTS:
Sirloin steak x2 🥩
Tesco ciabatta (I used the serves 6 one) x1 🥖
Hellman’s lighter than light mayo 100g 🥚
French’s yellow mustard 10g-20g 🌭
Frank’s red hot buffalo sauce 5g-10g 🌶
Pink Himalayan salt 🧂
Garlic granules 🧄
Supermarket steak seasoning 🌿
Rocket 🌱
METHOD:
Steak -
Season both sides of each steak with the pink Himalayan salt, garlic granules & steak seasoning.
Heat up a frying pan with some spray oil & when it is medium to high heat you can throw on your steaks for 3 mins each side.
Slice the fat trim of the edge as this won’t help you stay lean & mean!
Then slice the steaks into thin strips & top them salt bae style with some rock salt.
Spicy mustard mayo saucy sauce -
Mix up 100g lighter than light mayo with 10g-20g yellow mustard & 5g-10g buffalo sauce depending on how spicy you like it.
Ciabatta -
Slice & toast it.
Laying the beast -
Spread your toasted ciabatta both sides with the saucy sauce.
Evenly lay the sliced sirloin on the ciabatta.
Sprinkle some rocket on top & enjoy!
