CREAMY SALMON PASTA ๐ŸŸ

INGREDIENTS-

1 salmon fillet๐ŸŸ

100g tesco protein fromage frais๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

1-2 tagliatelle pasta nests๐Ÿ

1 x Half spring or white onion (spring onion used here)๐Ÿง…

1 x Garlic clove๐Ÿง„

1-2 handfuls of frozen peas

1/2 of 1 fish stock cube๐ŸŸ

1/4 lemon๐Ÿ‹

Dried or chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish (dried dill used here)๐ŸŒฑ

Garlic granules, dried or fresh parsley & salt to season salmon fillet

METHOD-

  1. Season salmon fillet using garlic granules, parsley & salt then oven bake on 200cยฐ for 15-20 mins.

  2. Add 1-2 tagliatelle nests + 1-2 handfuls of frozen peas to boiling water & let it cook on a low heat while doing all other steps just occasionally stirring if needed.

  3. Dice half a spring onion & garlic clove into small pieces.

  4. Then pan fry the diced garlic clove & diced spring onion using 1 cal spray olive oil or small drizzle of olive oil on a low heat until slightly golden/soft.

  5. Add 1 half a fish stock cube mixed in 50-100ml hot water to add to the fried garlic & spring onion pan.

  6. Once peas & pasta is cooked, drain & turn off the heat on all pans.

  7. Once salmon fillet is cooked take out oven & cut into pieces.

  8. Add the drained pasta, cut up salmon fillet & 100g protein fromage frais to the pan with stock, garlic & spring onion to mix all up.

  9. Sprinkle some dill + squeeze of lemon on top & enjoy!
