SEXY SALMON SPAGHETTI 🐠
INGREDIENTS-
2 salmon fillets🐠
90g Philadelphia lightest herbs🥯🌿
100g (dry weight) Free from spaghetti🍝
1-2 handfuls of frozen peas
1/2 of 1 fish stock cube🐟
1/4 lemon🍋
Fresh basil for garnish🌱
Fish seasoning or garlic granules, dried or fresh parsley & salt to season salmon fillet
METHOD-
Season salmon fillet using fish seasoning or garlic granules, parsley & salt then oven bake at 200c° for 15-20 mins or air fry at 200° for 10 minutes.
Add 100g free from spaghetti + 1-2 handfuls of frozen peas to boiling water & let it cook on low heat while doing all other steps just occasionally stirring if needed.
Add 1 half fish stock cube mixed in 50-100ml hot water ready to add to the spaghetti.
Once peas & pasta are cooked, drain & turn off the heat on all pans.
Once the salmon fillets are cooked take out the oven or air fryer ready to place on top of your spaghetti.
Add the drained spaghetti with peas to a pan with your Philadelphia lightest herbs & fish stock prepared earlier, then mix it all up.
Plate up your spaghetti & salmon fillets, add a couple of fresh basil leaves for garnish and a squeeze of lemon on top & enjoy!
