COD UDON NOODLE NIGHT 🎣

INGREDIENTS-

2 skinless & boneless cod loins 🎣

150g straight to wok - udon noodles 🍜

10g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce 🌢️

1-2tbls premium dark soy sauce πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³

4 cherry tomatoes πŸ…

1/4 red or white onion πŸ§…

Some sesame seeds for garnish.

METHOD-

  1. Soak the cod loins with 1-2tbls of premium dark soy sauce for 1-2 mins.

  2. While cod loins are soaking you can dice up your x4 cherry tomatoes & 1/4 onion.

  3. Heat up a wok or frying pan with a little spray of oil or fry-light spray, once hot add your cod loins & udon noodles, keep on medium heat and separate udon noodles as they warm up.

  4. Once your cod loins are flaking on one side, flip then add your diced cherry tomatoes & onion.

  5. After the cod is close to fully cooked (won’t take more than 2-3 mins) you can use a rubber spoon or spatula to break the cod flakes up & mix everything together in the wok with your 10g of reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce.

  6. Add a little more soy sauce if you like & plate up.

  7. Garnish the top with some sesame seeds & enjoy!
