COCONUT & DARK CHOCOLATE CHIP OAT COOKIE SNACK ππ₯₯πΎπͺ
INGREDIENTS-
2 x Ripe or overripe bananas (approx 221g)π
200g Jumbo rolled oatsπΎ
25g 70% Extra dark chocolate chunksπ«
5ml Madagascan vanilla extractπ¨
25g Desiccated coconutπ₯₯
METHOD-
Mash up the two bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Add 200g jumbo rolled oats to bowl.
Add 25g dark chocolate chunks to bowl.
Add 5ml madagascan vanilla extract to bowl.
Add 25g desiccated coconut to bowl.
Mix all up & divide total weight into x10 separate cookies.
Set scales to 0g & take off the amount calculated in step no.4 to turn into 10 individual balls, then spread them all out onto a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Press down a cross using a fork into each ball.
Oven bake at 200Β°C for 15-20 mins.
