Crafty Greek Style Chicken Flatbread 🇬🇷
INGREDIENTS-
2 Deli Kitchen, Greek style flatbread’s🫓
60g Fage 0% Greek Yogurt🇬🇷
40g Hellmans Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise🥚
140g Cooked chicken breast🐓
Dash of salt🧂, garlic granules🧄, oregano🌿 & half a lemon squeezed🍋 (for seasoning diced chicken breast)
Sliced radish & chopped spring onions OR red🧅 (for garnish)
METHOD-
1. Pan fry using low cal spray your diced chicken breast with dash of salt, garlic granules, oregano & half a lemon squeezed for seasoning. (roughly 210g raw chicken breast)
2. Pan fry Greek style flatbread’s with little oregano, salt & splash of water. (or just toast)
3. Spread 30g of your Fage 0% Greek Yogurt onto each flatbread.
4. Add 70g of your cooked diced chicken breast to each flatbread.
5. Please each of your flatbreads with 20g of extra sauce using the Hellmans Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise.
6. Lastly add some sliced radish & chopped spring onions OR red onions for garnish. (could also sprinkle a little salt & dried oregano over each flatbread too)
