Easy Low Carb Pizza’s 🍕
INGREDIENTS-
3 Deli Kitchen, carb lite wraps🫓
150g Tesco, tomato & herb pizza sauce🥫
90g Eat Lean, grated cheese🧀
30g Tesco, reduced fat red pesto🍅🌱🧄
60g Turkey breast mince🦃
Dash of salt🧂, garlic granules🧄 & oregano🌿 (for seasoning turkey breast mince)
Sliced red🧅 (for garnish)
Sliced cherry tomatoes🍅 (for garnish)
Sliced red pepper🫑 (for garnish)
METHOD-
1. Pan fry using low cal spray your turkey breast mince with oregano, salt, pepper & garlic for seasoning.
2. Lay the wraps onto non-stick baking paper.
3. Spread 30g pizza sauce onto each wrap.
4. Sprinkle 30g lean cheese over each wrap.
5. Add small dollops of reduced fat red pesto to each wrap. (10g total on each wrap)
6. Add 30g of your cooked ground turkey breast mince to each wrap.
7. Lastly add some sliced red onion, red peppers & cherry tomatoes for garnish.
8. Then oven bake for 10-15 mins on 200°C.
